Our client, a well-respected mental health practice in Brunswick, is seeking a passionate and skilled Psychologist to join their thriving, trauma-informed team. This role is ideal for a Clinical or Registered Psychologist who is confident, down to earth, and ready to hit the ground running with a strong pipeline of GP referrals and a significant waitlist. The Role Client Base: Children and adolescents (with some adult clients if desired). Caseload: Approximately 5–6 clients per day. Hours: Start with 2–3 days per week with potential to increase. Referrals: GP referrals only (no NDIS clients). Special Interest Areas: Flexibility to focus on your preferred client presentations. Assessments: Opportunities for cognitive and autism assessments (higher rates for these). What’s On Offer Full Administrative Support: All bookings and billings are handled by a dedicated admin team. Supervision & Mentoring: Board-approved supervisor on-site. Participate in peer supervision and have the chance to mentor Provisional Psychologists. Creative & Relaxed Environment: Includes an arts and crafts space, adult therapy rooms, fairy garden, kitchen, shared spaces, and even a fish aquarium! Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work alongside Art Therapists, Group Facilitators, and Speech & OT professionals, with growth plans in place to expand the team further. Modern Facilities: Well-appointed spaces designed to make therapy engaging and comfortable. Income Potential: Earn $140–$160 per session (higher rates for assessments) About You Fully Registered or Clinical Psychologist (eligibility for Medicare rebates is essential). Child & adolescent experience is highly regarded. Warm, flexible, and enthusiastic personality with a sense of humour. Comfortable working in a vibrant, sometimes noisy environment. Willingness to take on and manage a full caseload efficiently. Open to peer supervision and mentoring junior team members.
